Terms: Payment terms are 2% 10 days/ NET 30 from the INVOICE DATE. If payment is not received by Colonial Tailor's Chalk, Inc. within the NET 30 DAY term period, a finance charge of 1.5% will post monthly/automatically against the overdue balance.
Handling: All orders that do not meet the $200.00 minimum will be subject to a $5.00
handling charge
Drop Shipments: There will be a service charge of $5.00 for ALL drop shipments to our customers accounts.
Freight Policy: All merchandise is sold F.O.B. our factory, and our responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company.
Return Merchandise: All sales of black lights are final. All other merchandise will not be accepted for return unless prior authorization is granted. No discounted or obsolete products, or merchandise invoiced more than six months prior will be considered for return.
Authorized returns are subject to a service, handling, or reconditioning charge of not less than 20% and must be shipped prepaid to our door.
Note: ALL ORDERS MUST MEET STANDARD PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS.
Exported Merchandise Terms: Unless otherwise specified, checks must be payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Wire transfers are also acceptable. Any charge incurred by us to accept these payments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our company reserves the right to charge prices, discounts, terms, packaging, etc. without notice. Improvements or changes in our products can be made without incurring obligations on goods already sold.
